走过黑色的工业文明时期,人类开始步入生态文明时代。生态文明是对农业文明和工业文明的一种变革和颠覆,它以尊重和维护生态环境为出发点,以人与自然和谐共处为基本目标和存在方式。党的十八大首次明确将生态文明建设放在突出地位,标志着我国开始全面步入生态文明建设时期。作为一种全新的文明形态,生态文明建设需要科学的伦理价值观支撑,而树立和坚持以可持续发展理念为指导的人与自然和谐共处的环境伦理观无疑是生态文明时期环境伦理价值观建设的重要内容。
Through the black industrial civilization period, mankind began to enter the era of ecological civilization. Ecological civilization is a kind of revolution and subversion of agricultural civilization and industrial civilization. It takes the respect and maintenance of ecological environment as the starting point and the harmonious coexistence between man and nature as the basic objective and mode of existence. For the first time, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made clear the construction of ecological civilization prominently, marking the beginning of our country’s full-scale ecological civilization construction period. As a new form of civilization, the construction of ecological civilization needs the support of scientific ethical values, and the environmental ethic concept of building and adhering to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature guided by the concept of sustainable development is undoubtedly the important construction of environmental ethical values in the period of ecological civilization content.
