本文采用ERP技术研究我国英语学习者在纯二语语境中加工二语词汇时的一语自动激活位点与时间进程,并基于BIA+和RHM模型提出了解释一语自动激活特点与机制的EHM(Extended Hierarchical Model)理论模型。结果发现:1)激活位点上,一语自动激活在概念层、词形层和亚词形层均有出现,即二语词汇加工伴随着多层级的一语自动激活。此外,亚词形层的激活强度存在不对称性,尾字强于首字。2)时间进程上,一语自动激活从加工早期业已存在,并且持续到晚期。二语词形首先激活概念,然后激活对应的一语词形,并且进一步在亚词形层激活一语尾字及首字。本文提出的EHM模型可较好地解释我国英语学习者在二语加工中的一语自动激活特点与机制。
In this paper, we use ERP technology to study the automatic activation site and time process of English L2 learners processing L2 vocabulary in the pure L2 context. Based on the BIA + and RHM models, an EHM (Extended Hierarchical Model) theoretical model. The results showed that: 1) The automatic activation of the phrase at the activation site appeared at the conceptual level, the lexical level and the sub-lexical level, that is, the L2 vocabulary processing was automatically activated with the multilevel level. In addition, there is asymmetry in the activation intensity of the subformicles, with the last word stronger than the first word. 2) Time course, the phrase automatic activation already exists early in the process, and continued until the late. The L2 form activates the concept first, then activates the corresponding word form, and further activates the word tail and the first word in the sub-form. The EHM model proposed in this paper can better explain the characteristics and mechanism of the automatic activation of the English learners in L2 processing.
