目的评估全球基金疟疾控制项目启动2年后的工作质量。方法按照《全球基金疟疾基线调查技术方法》,采用分层随机不等比例抽样法,在2003年第一次基线调查的同一地方再次进行调查。结果与2002年相比,2004年疫情报告发病数下降61.00%;村走访发病数下降40%,正规治疗率提高60.20%;休治率提高34.77%,漏报率降低28.29%;门诊抗疟处方无疫情漏报,血检阳性疫情报告符合率为100%;居民与小学生疟防知识知晓率分别提高37.51%和23.92%。结论疟防措施落实情况比项目实施前有较大的进步,疟疾发病率大幅度下降。
Objective To assess the quality of work done two years after the start of the Global Fund’s malaria control project. Methods According to the “Global Fund Methodology for Baseline Survey of Malaria”, the survey was conducted again in the same place in the first baseline survey in 2003 by stratified randomized unequal sampling. Results Compared with 2002, the incidence of epidemic situation in 2004 dropped by 61.00%; the incidence of village visits decreased by 40%, the regular treatment rate increased by 60.20%; the resting rate increased by 34.77% and the false negative rate decreased by 28.29%; outpatient antimalarial prescription The report rate of non-epidemic omission and blood test positive was 100%. The awareness of malaria prevention among residents and pupils increased by 37.51% and 23.92% respectively. Conclusion The implementation of malaria prevention measures has made great progress than before the project implementation, and the incidence of malaria dropped significantly.
