目的:探讨FL对淋巴瘤与白血病细胞株的体外作用。方法:采用MTT法检测不同浓度的人重组FL对一系列淋巴瘤和白血病细胞的体外生长作用。结果:FL对HL60,Raji 及Ecv( 人内皮细胞株) 细胞有一定的促进增殖作用,而对其它大多数淋巴瘤和白血病细胞无明显的效应。结论:人重组FL刺激内皮细胞的增殖可能在造血和炎症的病理过程中起直接或间接作用,从而为FL的临床运用提供一定的理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the in vitro effects of FL on lymphoma and leukemia cell lines. METHODS: MTT assay was used to detect the in vitro growth effects of different concentrations of human recombinant FL on a series of lymphoma and leukemic cells. RESULTS: FL exerted certain proliferative effects on HL60, Raji and Ecv (human endothelial cell line) cells, but had no significant effect on most other lymphomas and leukemia cells. CONCLUSION: Human recombinant FL stimulates the proliferation of endothelial cells and may play a direct or indirect role in the pathogenesis of hematopoiesis and inflammation, thus providing a theoretical basis for the clinical application of FL.
