目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)与血清基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)水平的关系。方法采用现场流行病学调查的方法,对北京市某区40岁及以上的社区居民进行问卷调查、体格检查及SDF-1等指标检测。研究共纳入756例研究对象,包括T2DM患者267例及非T2DM患者489例,并根据有无大血管并发症将T2DM患者分为单纯T2DM组81例和合并大血管病变组186例,进而分析T2DM与血清SDF-1水平的相关性。结果组间比较分析显示,T2DM患者血清SDF-1水平高于非患者组(P=0.019)。进一步对比单纯T2DM组及合并大血管病变组,结果显示单纯T2DM患者SDF-1水平高于合并大血管病变组(P=0.044)。多元线性回归分析显示,调整年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、高血压、血脂异常和BMI后,单纯T2DM患者SDF-1水平仍高于合并大血管病变患者(P=0.049)。结论单纯T2DM患者SDF-1水平高于非T2DM患者及T2DM合并大血管病变患者,提示SDF-1可能与T2DM及T2DM合并大血管病变存在一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and serum stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) levels. Methods A questionnaire survey, physical examination and SDF-1 were conducted in community residents aged 40 years and over in a certain district of Beijing using field epidemiological survey. A total of 756 subjects were enrolled in the study, including 267 T2DM patients and 489 non-T2DM patients. According to the presence or absence of major vascular complications, T2DM patients were divided into two groups: 81 patients in T2DM group and 186 patients with macrovascular complications group. T2DM Correlation with serum SDF-1 level. Results Comparisons between groups showed that the serum level of SDF-1 in T2DM patients was higher than that in non-patients (P = 0.019). Further comparison between simple T2DM group and macroangiopathy group showed that the level of SDF-1 in T2DM patients was higher than that in patients with macrovascular complications (P = 0.044). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the SDF-1 level in T2DM patients was still higher than that in patients with macrovascular complications (P = 0.049) after adjusting for age, gender, smoking, drinking, hypertension, dyslipidemia and BMI. Conclusions The level of SDF-1 in T2DM patients is higher than that in non-T2DM patients and T2DM patients with macroangiopathy, suggesting that SDF-1 may be associated with T2DM and T2DM with macrovascular complications.
