我厂加工一种端面带齿螺钉的外形及尺寸见图1.螺钉材料ICr18Ni9Ti,采用的工艺路线如下,丝材—→热处理退火—→冷镦毛坯 →振动光饰→无心磨螺纹外途→滚螺纹→成品.其中冷镦工序是关键工序,需解决两个问题:(1)带齿下模的制造;(2)不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti冷镦过程中极易与下模粘合在一起,如何防止.一、下模制造螺纹端齿形状及液压螺纹前的光杆尺寸(φ3.65mm)完全由下模保证,因此下模的型腔形状正好与零件相反.下模制造采用了冷挤成形工艺,即使用一个与零件相似的挤压模挤压模具型腔.工艺路线及草图见表.
