异钩藤碱呈浓度依赖性抑制豚鼠心房自发频率及收缩力,30μmol/L明显抑制肾上腺素诱发的异位节律,10μmol/L延长功能性不应期和降低兴奋性,并减轻哇巴因对豚鼠左心房收缩力的影响,0.3mmol/L可显著抑制成对刺激效应。
Isorhynidine inhibited spontaneously the atrial spontaneous frequency and contractility of guinea pigs in a concentration-dependent manner. 30μmol/L significantly inhibited epinephrine-induced ectopic rhythm, 10μmol/L prolonged functional refractory period and reduced excitability, and alleviated ouabain. The effect of left atrial contraction in guinea pigs, 0.3 mmol/L significantly inhibited paired stimuli.
