轴承的使用与装配是旋转机械运行好坏的重要因素。装配不当、间隙不合适等可能导致机器设备剧烈振动,甚至造成破坏。这类故障可采用诊断技术解决。某离心式压缩机,转速为11000r/min,采用多层衬套轴承,因定期维修而停机检查。修理、装配完毕后试车时,测得相对振动的双振幅值高达75μm。由相位谱图可看出,产生振动的原因可能是不平衡,也可能是轴承安装不合理。经拆机检查,轴承间隙为290μm,远大于180μm的设计要求。安装带衬套的附加座圈后,机器顺利通过临界转速,双振幅值低于25μm。
