Anti-AFP McAbs were obtained by hybridoma technology. AFP McAb (IgG) was labeled with a modified chloramine method using radionuclide 125I. A ~(125)I-AFP McAb was injected into the tail vein of a rat hepatoma model induced by a human hepatocellular carcinoma model of nude mice and a chemical carcinogen.
