本文阐述了风险投资的概念和特征 ,结合国外经验分析了风险投资成功运行的外部环境 ,并由此对比分析了我国风险投资业面临环境中存在的问题 ,提出相应的对策。
This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of venture capital, analyzes the external environment of successful operation of venture capital with the experience of foreign countries, and analyzes and compares the problems existing in the environment of venture capital in China and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
