PM2.5是空气动力学当量直径小于2.5微米的可吸入颗粒物,能够进入上呼吸道,在呼吸道不易被阻挡,被吸入后会通过支气管直接进入肺泡,干扰肺部的气体交换。在当下空气污染时代,如何通过营养和饮食的方式改善空气污染对人体的影响是备受瞩目的。世界卫生组织列出空气中的四种主要污染物,其中最重要的就是颗粒物PM2.5。PM2.5的危害PM2.5颗粒中的一些成分如有害气体、重金属等还可以通过支气管和肺泡进入血液,降低人体中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)
