目的:探索夏枯草粗提物对3种肿瘤细胞(淋巴瘤细胞株Jurkat、人肺癌细胞株A-549、子宫内膜癌细胞株Ishikawa)生长抑制作用,为夏枯草抗癌机制的深入研究提供实验参考依据。方法:以不同浓度的夏枯草粗提物供试液作用于3种肿瘤细胞,采用MTT法计算其IC50值,观察药物对3种肿瘤细胞的抑制作用,同时设置空白组、对照组、阳性对照组。结果:夏枯草粗提物对Jurkat细胞、A-549细胞、IShikawa细胞IC50值分别为59.628 mg/m L、53.917 mg/m L、48.017 mg/m L,且夏枯草对3种肿瘤细胞的抑制率在一定范围内随药物浓度增加而加强。结论:夏枯草对Jurkat细胞、A-549细胞、IShikawa细胞的增殖具有一定的抑制作用,对抗癌机制的研究以及临床抗癌药物的筛选具有一定的参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the growth inhibitory effects of crude extract of Prunella vulgaris on three kinds of tumor cells (lymphoma cell line Jurkat, human lung cancer cell line A-549, and endometrial cancer cell line Ishikawa), and provide insights into the anti-cancer mechanism of Prunella vulgaris. Experimental reference. Methods: Different concentrations of Prunella vulgaris extract were applied to three kinds of tumor cells. The IC50 values were calculated by MTT method. The inhibitory effects of the drugs on the three kinds of tumor cells were observed. The blank group, control group and positive control were also set up. group. Results: IC50 values of crude extracts of Prunella vulgaris to Jurkat cells, A-549 cells and Ishikawa cells were 59.628 mg/m L, 53.917 mg/m L and 48.017 mg/m L, respectively, and Prunella vulgaris inhibited three kinds of tumor cells. The rate increases with increasing drug concentration within a certain range. Conclusion: Prunella vulgaris has a certain inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Jurkat cells, A-549 cells and Ishikawa cells. It has a certain reference value for the study of anti-cancer mechanism and screening of clinical anti-cancer drugs.
