目的探讨维生素E(VitE)和维生素C(VitC)联合用药对慢性镉中毒小鼠黑质神经元的保护作用。方法小鼠染镉同时给予大量VitE和VitC,通过光镜观察小鼠黑质神经元的细微结构,并用细胞形态计量方法对黑质区酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)阳性反应神经元进行定量分析。结果VitE和VitC加镉组小鼠中脑黑质区结构接近正常对照组,与镉中毒组比较有明显不同,黑质神经元胞核体密度、数密度等形态学参数与镉中毒组比较差异有统计学意义。结论抗氧化剂VitE和VitC对慢性镉中毒组小鼠黑质神经元有显著的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of vitamin E and vitamin C on substantia nigra neurons in mice with chronic cadmium poisoning. Methods Mice were exposed to cadmium with large amounts of VitE and VitC. The ultrastructure of substantia nigra neurons was observed by light microscopy and tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) positive neurons in substantia nigra were quantified by cell morphology measurement analysis. Results The structure of substantia nigra in midbrain of VitE and VitC plus cadmium group was close to that of normal control group, which was significantly different from that of cadmium poisoning group. The morphological parameters of substantia nigra neuronal cell nucleus density, number density and cadmium poisoning group were significantly different There is statistical significance. Conclusion Antioxidants VitE and VitC have significant protective effect on substantia nigra neurons in mice with chronic cadmium poisoning.
