随着新《劳动合同法》的实行及东部劳动力等要素成本上升,加工贸易的中西部转移已成当务之急。本文针对中国加工贸易的现状,着重分析了加工贸易中西部转移的成效及问题,并提出了相关解决措施。 With the implementation of the new “Labor Contract Law” and the rise in the cost of factors such as the eastern labor force, the transfer of the central and western parts of the processing trade has become a top priority. In view of the status quo of China’s processing trade, this paper focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness and problems of the mid-western transfer of processing trade and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
