本课题主要研究了利用西藏光稃野生燕麦与肥麦不同属间的远缘有性杂交合成的杂交材料(Fy-8、Fy-9),经中国农科院品质所生物抗逆研究室对其Fy-8、Fy-9和双亲酯酶同工酶分析后表明:Fy-8、Fy-9和双亲遗传背景完全不同,Fy-8、Fy-9为新的冬小麦种质类型。该项目取得成功,并首次填补了西藏冬小麦育种领域内的空白。在远缘杂种优势应用研究和生产利用上具有重大技术创新。Fy-8在生产上越冬性能强,分蘖率高,抗逆性强,品质较优,粮草兼备是今后我区冬小麦生产重要搭配品种。利用Fy-8、Fy-9等种质材料有可能选育成光温敏不育系材料,为研究冬小麦二系法杂交优势利用具有广阔的科研价值和应用前景。
In this study, the hybrid materials (Fy-8, Fy-9) synthesized by distant sexual hybridization between wild Oat and Hmong in Tibet were studied. The analysis of Fy-8, Fy-9 and their esterase isozymes showed that the genetic background of Fy-8 and Fy-9 was completely different from that of their parents. Fy-8 and Fy-9 were the new winter wheat germplasm types. The project was successful and for the first time filled a gap in the field of winter wheat breeding in Tibet. In the distant heterosis application research and production and utilization of major technological innovation. Fy-8 in the production of winter strong performance, high tillering rate, strong resistance, good quality, good combination of grain and straw is the future of our region with an important winter wheat production varieties. It is possible to breed photosynthetic thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line with Fy-8, Fy-9 and other germplasm materials. It has broad scientific value and application prospect for the study of heterosis utilization of second-line method of winter wheat.
