电场对水稻种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响

电场对植物的生命活动有一定的影响。使用汕优6号、四优6号、桂朝二号和BG902作为供试材料,采用场强为57~5000伏特/厘米的弱电场,给萌动稻种以5~60分钟的处理,然后进行温室催芽,发现有以下结果:电场性质(稳恒电场或交变电场)、场强(50~500伏特/厘米)、处理时间(5~60分钟),都对水稻发芽和幼苗生长有一定的影响。不同品种(组合)间表现出敏感性的差异;根和芽的生长受到的影响也不同。总结果是;稳恒电场作用比交变电场强烈,随着场强的增强或处理时间的延长,处理效应表现出“无效—微促—强促—微抑—强抑—致死”的效应曲线。通过场强、处理时间及场强性质的选择和
