为了解高温与噪声联合作用对心血管系统的影响 ,选择 76名噪声接触工人为接触组 ,113名同时接触高温和噪声的工人为复合接触组 ,另选 47名不接触高温和噪声的人员为对照组 ,进行对照分析。结果显示 :接触组和复合接触组的高血压检出率、心电图异常率均高于对照组 ,且后者高于前者。但两组心电图异常的类型有所不同。两组的高血压检出率和心电图异常率均随工龄延长而明显增加 ,高血压检出率增加趋势更为明显。提示 :作业工人复合接触高温和噪声比单独接触噪声对心血管系统的影响要大 ,且高温和噪声在影响心血管系统方面有一定的协同作用
In order to understand the effect of the combination of high temperature and noise on the cardiovascular system, 76 workers exposed to noise were selected as the exposure group. 113 workers exposed to both high temperature and noise simultaneously were exposed to the compound exposure group. Another 47 non-contact high temperature and noise workers Control group, control analysis. The results showed that: the detection rate of hypertension and electrocardiogram in the contact group and the compound exposure group were higher than those in the control group, and the latter was higher than the former. However, the type of ECG abnormalities in both groups is different. Hypertension and ECG abnormalities in both groups were significantly increased with longer service, the trend of increasing the detection rate of hypertension was more obvious. It is suggested that the working workers exposed to high temperature and noise combined with contact noise have greater impact on the cardiovascular system, and the high temperature and noise have certain synergistic effects on the cardiovascular system
