目的观察中西药联合治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将116例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组58例。对照组采用常规抗感染、止咳化痰等治疗;治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用口服三子养亲汤和二陈汤加味。结果对照组治疗总有效率67.9%;治疗组为94.8%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组不良反应少。结论中西药联合治疗治疗慢性支气管炎疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic bronchitis. Methods 116 cases of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine anti-infective and cough-phlegm-phlegm treatment. The patients in the treatment group were treated with the oral administration of Sanzi Yang-pro-soup and Erchen decoction on the basis of routine treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 67.9%; the treatment group was 94.8%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the treatment group had fewer adverse reactions. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis significant effect.
