The East China Normal University version of the “Chinese History” new teaching material has been used for nearly half a year in experimental teaching in various schools in the district. Now I combine my experience with the teaching of new materials, and I will discuss a few points of analysis of the teaching materials. I hope that my colleagues in the curriculum reform will criticize and correct me. First, the teaching materials first broke the past and emphasized the characteristics of the historical discipline system, changed the “difficult, complicated, partial, and old” of past knowledge, and strived to embody the “easy, simple, precise, and accurate” knowledge.
