我在美国俄亥俄州培训期间,分别到小学、初中、高中学校里观摩了共8节体育课,这既拓宽了我的视野,又对美国中小学体育课堂教学的现状与特点有了更深的了解,并从中得到了一些启示。本文从美国体育课堂教学中体能发展抓住敏感期、球类项目多创设比赛情境、评价指标进一步细化与实践操作等三个方面谈我的所见、所思与所得。
