目的调查洁牙机水道细菌污染情况,为院内感染的控制及口腔科临床工作提供参考。方法选取独立水道的洁牙机和牙科综合治疗台配置的洁牙机各2台。水道消毒后装蒸馏水,于每天洁治前分别留取水道样本1次,直至细菌总数大于100 cfu/ml,再次消毒洁牙机水道,同前取样,共监测3个周期,并进行对比分析。结果独立洁牙机消毒后使用第8天检出大肠杆菌,第9天检测细菌数超标;综合治疗台洁牙机使用第5天检测细菌数超标。结论独立水道洁牙机水道消毒效果明显优于牙科综合治疗台配置的洁牙机水道。采取独立供水系统的洁牙机,洁牙前后空放水冲洗管道,并定期对洁牙机水道进行消毒,能有效减少医院内交叉感染。
Objective To investigate the bacterial contamination of waterway for scaler and provide reference for the control of nosocomial infection and clinical work in dentistry. Methods Two independent scaler scaler and dental scaler were set up in the independent waterway. Water disinfection after installation of distilled water, water samples were collected before cleaning once a day until the total number of bacteria is greater than 100 cfu / ml, re-disinfecting scaler waterways, the same sampling, monitoring a total of 3 cycles, and comparative analysis. Results After disinfecting an independent scaler, E. coli was detected on the 8th day and the number of bacteria was detected on the 9th day. The number of bacteria detected on the 5th day of the comprehensive treatment was too high. Conclusion The waterway disinfection efficiency of independent waterway scaler is obviously better than the scaler waterway configured by dental unit. Take an independent water supply system scaler, emptying water before and after cleaning the teeth flushing pipe, and regular cleaning of the waterway scaler, can effectively reduce cross-infection in the hospital.
