针对用于矿井通风的通风机风量调节系统影响因素多、数学模型难以建立及常规控制无法获得满意效果的情况,提出一种基于模糊PI控制的通风机风量控制方案,对风量进行自动调节,并将其应用于主通风机变频调速系统。仿真和实际运行结果表明,该模糊控制风量自动调节系统控制效果优良,为煤矿的安全生产和风机的高效运行提供了可靠保障。
Aiming at the problems that many influencing factors of ventilator air volume adjustment system for mine ventilation are difficult to establish and the satisfactory results can not be obtained by conventional control, a fuzzy PI control based ventilator air volume control scheme is proposed to adjust the air volume automatically It is applied to the main fan frequency control system. The results of simulation and actual operation show that the fuzzy control system of air volume automatic control system has good control effect and provides a reliable guarantee for coal mine safety production and efficient operation of the fan.
