60例原发性肾炎伴肾病综合征的病人,大部对皮质激素治疗不敏感。经以灭活卡介苗为主的综合治疗后,80%病人获得完全缓解和基本缓解(分别为32例和16例);尿蛋白,血清白蛋白、尿素和肌酐均有非常显著的改善;临床表现和病理类型相仿者中,BCG 组的疗效远胜于对照组;随访1～2年15例和1年以下的6例中,分别有13例和5例在最后随访时呈完全缓解。BCG 疗程愈长,复发率愈低;复发者再治见效快,对激素较敏感。
60 patients with primary nephritis with nephrotic syndrome, most of the corticosteroid therapy is not sensitive. 80% patients achieved complete remission and basic remission (32 cases and 16 cases, respectively) after comprehensive treatment with BCG inactivated; urinary protein, serum albumin, urea and creatinine were significantly improved; clinical manifestations The efficacy of BCG group was much better than that of control group in the same type of pathology. Among the 6 patients who were followed up for 1 to 2 years and under 1 year, 13 and 5 patients were completely relieved at the final follow-up. BCG longer course of treatment, the lower the recurrence rate; recurrence re-treated quickly, more sensitive to hormones.
