探讨微生物实验教学中模拟临床检验过程的教学模式,采用逆向式教学方法让学生课前进行资料收集和实验设计,先综合病例分析再模拟临床检验操作。这种教学模式可以验证课堂教学所学知识,加深基础理论知识的理解和掌握,培养了学生独立思考的工作能力和科研创新意识,提高了微生物学实验课的教学效果。“,”Pre‐class data collection and experimental design were carried out by students using reverse teaching method‐first combined case analyses then simulated clinical inspection op‐eration in order to explore the teaching model of simulated clinical inspection process in microbiology ex‐perimental teaching .This teaching model could validate acquired knowledge from class ,deepen compre‐hension and master of rationale knowledge ,cultivate studets’ working capability of independent thinking and creativity consciousness of scientific research ,and boost teaching results of microbiological experiment teaching .
