目的观察西格列汀对初诊2型糖尿病氧化应激的影响。方法 102例初诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分成观察组(52例)和对照组(50例)。对照组给常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上使用西格列汀进行治疗。分析比较两组患者在空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOS)指标上的差异。结果治疗后,观察组FBG为(5.92±1.20)mmol/L,Hb A1c为(5.26±1.04)%,SOD为(30.25±8.77)U/ml,MDA(1.68±0.68)mmol/L,NO为(2.17±0.62)μmol/L,GSH-PX为(38.52±5.66)U/L,T-AOS为(3.65±0.85)U/L,优于对照组的(6.39±1.18)mmol/L,(5.67±0.54)%,(25.33±7.22)U/ml,(1.96±0.69)mmol/L,(1.96±0.60)μmol/L,(36.12±6.36)U/L,(2.91±0.82)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予初诊2型糖尿病患者西格列汀治疗,可实现对血糖的有效控制,并降低对氧化应激的损伤,综合疗效较为显著。
Objective To observe the effect of sitagliptin on oxidative stress in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 102 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group (52 cases) and control group (50 cases). Control group for conventional treatment, the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment with sitagliptin for treatment. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), Hb A1c, SOD, MDA, NO, GSH - Px (GSH-PX), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOS) index differences. Results After treatment, FBG in the observation group was (5.92 ± 1.20) mmol / L, Hb A1c was (5.26 ± 1.04)%, SOD was (30.25 ± 8.77) U / ml and MDA (2.17 ± 0.62) μmol / L, GSH-PX was (38.52 ± 5.66) U / L and T-AOS was (3.65 ± 0.85) U / 5.67 ± 0.54%, 25.33 ± 7.22 U / ml, 1.96 ± 0.69 mmol / L, 1.96 ± 0.60 μmol / L, 36.12 ± 6.36 U / L, 2.91 ± 0.82 U / L, , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The administration of sitagliptin in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can effectively control blood glucose and reduce the damage to oxidative stress. The comprehensive curative effect is quite significant.
