为了提高太阳能恒温沼气系统的太阳能利用率,给系统添加回热回质器,通过模拟新旧系统的换热过程,对新系统性能进行研究.根据兰州地区典型年最冷月气象资料计算的结果显示,新系统在30℃发酵条件下,回热回质器每天回热过程需要41min,可把进料系统中的水由5℃提升至17.5℃;添加回热回质器后系统每日能耗从229~259MJ降低到150~180MJ,回收热量2 436.2MJ,可节约太阳能集热器面积24.8m2,新系统能耗降低到原系统总能耗的67.7%.研究结果也适用于其他热源加热的恒温沼气系统.
