在常温条件下,生产出一种聚羧酸减水剂,即PC-JH,通过测定净浆流动度,砂浆扩展度以及混凝土性能测试判定PC-JH分散能力的优劣;并通过红外光谱分析PC-JH所含有的官能团。结果表明:常温生产的PC-JH对水泥适应性较好;掺加PC-JH的砂浆扩展度及混凝土坍落度均大于掺加基准减水剂的试样。红外光谱测定结果表明PC-JH含有聚氧乙烯基、羧基、羟基等基团。通过混凝土性能测试证明常温条件下生产的聚羧酸减水剂分散性能优异,含气量及抗压强度均合格,可应用于生产实践。
At room temperature, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, PC-JH, was prepared to determine the dispersibility of PC-JH by measuring the fluidity of the paste, the mortar spread and the concrete performance test. PC-JH contains functional groups. The results show that PC-JH produced at room temperature has good adaptability to cement; mortar expansion and concrete slump with PC-JH are larger than those with reference water-reducing admixture. Infrared spectroscopy results show that PC-JH contains polyoxyethylene, carboxyl, hydroxyl and other groups. Through the concrete performance test proved that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer produced under normal temperature has excellent dispersion performance, gas content and compressive strength are qualified, can be applied to the production practice.
