目前网上很多具备一定规模的电商公司组建都在三年以内。他们依托于淘宝这个大平台,获得了快速的成长。与传统家电代理商多年来形成的管理经验比,很多原生态的电商在营销推广方面成长非常快,但是对于内部管理依然较为荒芜。因此,年轻的电商公司最需要的有两类人,一是全盘掌握公司业务体系稳步发展的运营人才,另一个就是能够熟悉网商公司的业务流程,懂财务,负责内部的管理人员。2012年,大形势不好,利用这个机会,做好内部管理不失为网商们的一个重新起飞的发动机。
