目的建立食糜和生物体液等基质复杂中毒检材中10种抗凝血类杀鼠剂的高效液相色谱仪的快速检测方法。方法样品经乙酸乙酯提取法或乙腈提取法萃取,氮吹浓缩后用初始流动相复溶,直接上高效液相色谱仪进行定性试验与定量检测。结果 10种抗凝血类杀鼠剂的定量下限为5~100μg/L,加标回收率在74.2%~107.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.5%~15.6%之间。结论本方法简单、快速、灵敏,适用于抗凝血类杀鼠剂中毒事件的快速检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid detection method for 10 kinds of anticoagulant rodenticides in chickens with complex matrix of poisoning such as chyme and biological fluid by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate extraction or acetonitrile extraction. After the nitrogen was concentrated, the samples were reconstituted with the initial mobile phase and directly tested by HPLC and quantified. Results The lower limit of quantitation (LOQ) of 10 anticoagulant rodenticides was between 5 and 100 μg / L, the spiked recoveries ranged from 74.2% to 107.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.5% to 15.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive and is suitable for the rapid detection of poisoning caused by anticoagulant rodenticides.
