用与本研究第一部分相同的材料和方法,测定了大脑外侧裂和大脑中动脉9个皮质支穿出大脑外侧裂处的平均坐标位置.主要结果是:1.大脑外侧裂前端投影的平均坐标是(36.86±5.43,42.84±4.73);交Y轴于y=51.94±4.21处,后端投影的平均坐标是(-22.35±9.74,58.89±5.61);终末升支末端投影的平均坐标是(-28.39±9.43,70.19±5.95).2.大脑中动脉9个皮质支穿出大脑外侧裂处的平均投影坐标分别是:中央前动脉为(24.30±8.09,48.11±4.69);中央动脉为(5.26±10.17,51.42±5.29);顶前动脉为(-12.16±8.81,57.56±6.68);顶后动脉为(-22.79±9.69,63.17±7.43);角回动脉为(-15.22±12.59,57.17±5.98);颞枕动脉为(-3.82±12.59,53.17±5.73);颞后动脉为(7.18±9.46,50.95±4.89),颞中动脉为(20.75±9.02;48.07±5.09);颞前动脉为(32.48±5.86,44.28±4.41).3.根据对材料的分析,建议将上述9支动脉归纳成前、中、后三组,并提出相应的3个点,以简化并便利寻找上述各支动脉.
Using the same materials and methods as those used in the first part of the study, the mean coordinates of the lateral cortex of the brain and the cortical branches of the middle cerebral artery penetrating the lateral fissure of the brain were measured.The main results were as follows: 1. The mean coordinates Is (36.86 ± 5.43,42.84 ± 4.73). The y-axis is y = 51.94 ± 4.21 and the average projection of the posterior end is (-22.35 ± 9.74,58.89 ± 5.61) (-28.39 ± 9.43,70.19 ± 5.95) .2. The mean projection coordinates of the 9 cortical branches of the middle cerebral artery penetrating the lateral fissure of the brain were as follows: (24.30 ± 8.09, 48.11 ± 4.69) in the central anterior artery, (-12.16 ± 8.81,57.56 ± 6.68); the posterior vertebral artery was (-22.79 ± 9.69,63.17 ± 7.43); the angle of the posterior communicating artery was (-15.22 ± 12.59, 57.17 ± 5.98); the temporal occipital artery was (-3.82 ± 12.59,53.17 ± 5.73); the posterior temporal artery was (7.18 ± 9.46,50.95 ± 4.89); the temporal artery was (20.75 ± 9.02; 48.07 ± 5.09) The artery was (32.48 ± 5.86,44.28 ± 4.41) .3 According to the analysis of the material, it is suggested that the above nine arteries should be grouped into the former, middle and last three groups and the corresponding three points should be proposed to simplify and facilitate the search for the above each Artery.
