随着新的体育课程标准在中学体育教学中的进一步实施,新的中学体育教学在具体实施过程中的各种问题逐渐显现出来,在基础教育中拥有大批的中学体育教师及体育教师对新课程的理解和积极主动的参与是中学体育课程改革获得成功的前提。本文根据对新课程的核心和发展趋势的探究,针对性地从职业道德、教育理想、个性修养、能力本位、基础知识几个方面提出了构建新的中学体育教师素质结构,旨在给中学体育教师的培养提供有价值的理论参考。
