本文对干部的选拔进行了定量方法研究,提出采用层次分析法进行干部的综合评估,根据评估的优劣决定合适人选。本方法能够使评价结果公正合理,从而为领导决策提供强有力的支持。
In this paper, we conducted a quantitative study of the selection of cadres, and proposed a method of AHP to conduct a comprehensive assessment of cadres. According to the quality of the assessment, we decided the right candidate. The method can make the evaluation result fair and reasonable, so as to provide strong support for the leadership decision-making.
