本文基于服务型制造的国内外实践,阐述了服务型制造演化的四个阶段,对服务型制造的特点从业务流程、运作方式、服务创新、交易方式和价值再造等五个方面与传统制造模式做了详细比较,指出了服务型制造运营模式实现的三种路径,即依托原有制造业向价值链上、下游延伸、制造企业由以生产为中心向以服务为中心转型及鼓励制造企业实现服务外包等。
