随着科学技术的进步,运动技术诊断在体育教学中发挥着重要作用。运动技术诊断研究必须以定量分析为基础。体育动作的量化研究是运动技术诊断的灵魂,需要丰富的研究方法作支撑。利用运动技术诊断可以描述运动特征,探索运动规律,揭示运动内在原因,推动运动技术发展,在体育教学中实践应用,能提高学生的动作技能。
With the progress of science and technology, sports technology diagnosis plays an important role in the teaching of physical education. Exercise diagnostic studies must be based on quantitative analysis. The quantitative research of sports action is the soul of sports technology diagnosis, and needs rich research methods to support. The use of sports technology diagnosis can describe the characteristics of sports, to explore the laws of movement, to reveal the inherent causes of sports, promote the development of sports technology, teaching practice in physical education, can improve students’ motor skills.
