在固定床反应器中进行负载型骨架镍催化剂催化茚加氢反应的催化性能和失活实验。采用热重、XRD、SEM等方法对新鲜、失活和再生后的催化剂进行表征。结果表明,在反应进行到1 000 h后催化剂失活较快,茚的转化率由93%下降到89%。催化剂失活是由活性镍颗粒的聚集及催化剂表面积碳造成的。此外,考察了5%O2气氛下再生温度和再生时间对催化剂催化性能的影响,失活催化剂在5%O_2气氛中400℃煅烧催化剂9 h后活性恢复,可使茚的转化率达到95%以上。
Catalytic performance and deactivation experiments of indene hydrogenation catalyzed by supported nickel supported catalysts were carried out in a fixed bed reactor. The fresh, inactivated and regenerated catalysts were characterized by TG, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the catalyst deactivation was faster after 1 000 h reaction, and the conversion of indene decreased from 93% to 89%. Deactivation of the catalyst is caused by the aggregation of the active nickel particles and the carbon soot on the surface of the catalyst. In addition, the effects of regeneration temperature and regeneration time on the catalytic performance of the catalyst were investigated under 5% O2 atmosphere. The activity of the catalyst was calcined at 400 ℃ in 5% O 2 atmosphere for 9 h, and the conversion of indene was above 95% .
