近年来,国内外对孕期用药的研究十分重视。研究发现,“几乎所有的药物都可以从母体进胎儿”,从而对胎儿及新生儿的生长发育产生影响,因此主张孕期应慎重用药。在中医妇科的理论与实践中,历代医籍有很多胎动不安、胎漏、滑胎等采用中医药辩证沦治的记载。我科近年来运用中药安乐饮对确诊为先兆流产的孕妇进行保胎治疗,并对其所生小儿的生长发育情况进行了随访调查,效果满意,现将结果分析如下。 In recent years, domestic and foreign studies on pregnant medication attach great importance.
