噪音性聋属常见职业病,其致病机制的研究涉及组织、分子及基因等方面,衍生出机械学说、代谢学说、血管学说、钙离子平衡失调、神经因子缺乏及钾离子循环途径等学说。就氧化应激机制在噪音性聋发病中的作用及治疗进行综述。
Noise-induced deafness is a common occupational disease, its pathogenesis involves organizations, molecules and genes, derived from the mechanistic theory, metabolic theory, vascular theory, calcium imbalance, lack of nerve factors and potassium ion cycle pathway theory. The role of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of noise-induced deafness and its treatment are reviewed.
