烧结温度对硅基陶瓷型芯性能的影响

通过室温抗弯强度、高温挠度、收缩率的测试以及SEM和XRD的分析,研究烧结温度对硅基陶瓷型芯性能的影响.性能测试表明:在1180~1400℃之间烧结,型芯收缩率随烧结温度升高不断增大;室温抗弯强度随烧结温度的提高呈先升后降的趋势,在1300℃达到最大值34.83 MPa;高温挠度随烧结温度升高不断降低,在1400℃挠度值基本为零.SEM和XRD分析表明:随烧结温度升高方石英含量增加,在1350℃含量突增,这是造成型芯在超过1300℃烧结时强度下降的原因.陶瓷型芯烧成后方石英的含量越多,高温抗蠕变性能越好,高温挠度值也就越小.
