【目的】通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,对采集的8批竹柏叶样品进行醇提物的分析研究,建立竹柏叶的HPLC特征指纹图谱,为其基源鉴定提供方法学依据。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈—体积分数0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,以穗花杉双黄酮为对照品,对竹柏叶的醇提物进行检测分析,并采用国家药典委员会推荐的相似度评价软件对8批次样品进行相似度分析。【结果】共标定竹柏叶的HPLC共有特征峰21个,相似度分析结果显示2、3和6号样品其相关系数(中位数)小于0.95,尤其6号样品,小于0.90,提示各样品具有差异性。【结论】HPLC特征指纹可以显示竹柏叶样品的差异性,可用于竹柏叶的基源鉴定。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to analyze the alcoholic extracts from 8 batches of collected samples by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and to establish the HPLC fingerprint of Cv. 【Method】 The HPLC method was used to determine the alcoholic extracts of Cortex Periploca from acetonitrile and phosphoric acid 0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, The similarity evaluation software performs similarity analysis on 8 batches of samples. 【Result】 The results showed that there were 21 common characteristic peaks in the HPLC and the results of similarity analysis showed that the correlation coefficients (median) of samples 2,3 and 6 were less than 0.95, especially sample 6, less than 0.90, suggesting that each sample had difference. 【Conclusion】 HPLC fingerprints can show the difference of bamboo and cypress leaves samples, which can be used to identify the source of bamboo and cypress leaves.
