(一)产生背景 行为科学是随着社会的发展,企业劳动及劳动力构成发生变化,资本主义国家的经济危机及劳资双方矛盾的加剧应运而生的。 行为科学成为一种管理理论始于20世纪20年代末30年代初的人际关系论,真正的发展却在50年代。 (二)人际关系论 人际关系论的创始人是埃尔顿·梅奥和他的助手弗里茨·罗特利斯伯格。人际关系理论的建立是从著名的霍桑试验开始的。
