企业自主开发课程在推进首都职工素质建设工程中发挥了重要作用。但在实践中,企业自主开发课程存在着分类不合理、没有区分企业自主开发课程和企业自主选择课程、课程名称混乱、重复开发、缺乏明确的质量标准、审核内容不完整、工作流程有缺失等问题。为解决这些问题,需要按课程开发主体和课程性质两个标准重新划分课程类别,并重新设计企业自主开发课程的申请、审核程序。
Independent development of enterprises in the capital curriculum in promoting the quality of construction projects has played an important role. However, in practice, there is an unreasonable classification of self-developed courses in enterprises, there is no distinction between self-developed courses and self-selected courses by enterprises, confusion in course titles, repeated development, lack of definite quality standards, incomplete audit contents and missing work processes problem. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to re-classify the course categories according to the criteria of subject development and course nature, and to re-design the application and examination procedures of self-development courses.
