因为路面冷再生机的刮平板不可自动调节而出现种种问题,刮平板的每一个调节后的高度位置是被锁死的,不能浮动,不能根据路面软硬状况时刻调节刮平板高度,导致冷再生机作业效率低。介绍一种改进后的刮平板浮动液压系统,在原有控制刮平板液压缸的电磁阀的基础上再并联一个电磁阀,两个电磁阀共同控制刮平板液压缸,且不同时工作,其中一个控制刮平板的升降,另一个控制刮平板的浮动。对增加刮平板浮动功能前后的实效进行对比,证实提高了生产率。
