研究中,采用了不同的处理方法来生产蠕墨铸铁,例如故意使球化处理不足、球化及反球化处理法等。现已发现,可以使用各种不同的处理材料来生产具有相同性能的蠕墨铸铁。根据石墨的长度与厚度的比值对蠕虫状石墨铸铁的显微组织进行了分类。蠕墨铸铁的性能(抗拉强度、硬度、冲击强度、断裂性能、切削性能、生长特性、耐磨性和收缩性能)介于灰铸铁与球铁之间。
In the study, different treatment methods were used to produce vermicular cast iron, such as intentional spheroidization, spheroidization and anti-nodulizing treatments. It has now been found that a variety of different processing materials can be used to produce compacted graphite cast iron with the same properties. The microstructure of vermicular graphite cast iron was classified according to the ratio of graphite length to thickness. Compacted graphite cast iron performance (tensile strength, hardness, impact strength, fracture properties, cutting performance, growth characteristics, wear resistance and shrinkage properties) between the gray cast iron and ductile iron.
