目的:探讨紫外线的细胞损伤作用和总黄酮的防护功效。方法:采用细胞溶血和细胞膜脂质过氧化反应体系研究了黄芪总黄酮的抗紫外线损伤作用。结果:黄芪总黄酮对紫外线所致红细胞溶血有很好的防护作用,在浓度为30mg/L时,其防护率可达50%;当浓度为10mg/L时,对紫外线所致细胞膜脂质过氧化反应即有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),浓度达100mg/L时,与对照组比较有极显著的统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:提示黄芪总黄酮可能是一种较好的天然抗紫外线损伤物质。
Objective: To explore the effect of ultraviolet radiation on cell damage and the protective effect of total flavonoids. METHODS: The anti-ultraviolet radiation effect of total flavonoids from Astragalus membranaceus was studied using cell hemolysis and cell membrane lipid peroxidation system. RESULTS: The total flavonoids of Astragalus had good protective effects on the hemolysis of red blood cells caused by ultraviolet rays. The protection rate was up to 50% when the concentration was 30 mg/L. When the concentration was 10 mg/L, the membrane lipids caused by ultraviolet rays were over. The oxidative reaction was significantly inhibited (P<0.05). When the concentration was 100 mg/L, there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion: It is suggested that total flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis may be a good natural anti-UV damage substance.
