目的:促进、支持母乳喂养,提高剖宫产儿母乳喂养率。方法:随机抽取80例剖宫产术后母乳不足的产妇与其婴儿分为对照组与实验组各40例,对照组用小勺或奶瓶喂饲配方奶,实验组使用自制导管辅助喂饲配方奶。结果:实验组产妇于产后(42±6)h泌乳36例,乳胀病例2例,婴儿有效吸吮率100%,无乳头错觉。对照组产妇泌乳时间为产后(42±6)h8例,产后(64±8)h28例,乳胀病例21例,婴儿乳头错觉18例。两组在产后(42±6)h的泌乳例数、乳胀病例、乳头错觉病例、有效吸吮率方面均有显著性差异。结论:导管辅助喂饲配方奶仿效纯母乳喂养,在满足婴儿奶量的同时,通过婴儿对产妇乳头的持续吸吮,不断地刺激乳头产生泌乳反射,有效地促进了母乳喂养。
Objectives: To promote and support breastfeeding and improve the rate of breastfeeding in cesarean section. Methods: 80 randomly selected mothers and their infants undergoing breast cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was fed with a small spoon or bottle, and the experimental group was fed with homemade catheter . Results: In the experimental group, 36 cases of lactation occurred in postpartum (42 ± 6) h and 2 cases of breast swelling. The effective suck rate of the infant was 100% without nipple illusion. The control group maternal lactation time for the postpartum (42 ± 6) h 8 cases, postpartum (64 ± 8) h 28 cases, 21 cases of breast swelling, infantile papillary deception in 18 cases. There were significant differences between the two groups in the number of lactation cases (42 ± 6) h, postpartum cases, nipple error cases and effective rate of sucking. Conclusion: Catheter-assisted feeding formula imitates exclusive breastfeeding, which not only meets the requirement of infant’s milk quantity, but also stimulates nipple reflex continuously by infants’ continuous sucking of the maternal nipple, which effectively promotes breastfeeding.
