行政事业单位科研经费主要是指供产品的研发更新、长远或和期的科研任务所需要的国家政策型专项补助费用。科研经费是单位拓展性建设和长远发展的有效支撑,更是国家重点科研攻关项目的必须款项,是国家财政专用款项支出的重要内容。管理好使用好科研专项经费是确保国家和行政事业单位科研创新的必要和重要的手段。笔者结合自身工作,对行政事业单位的科研经费管理现状和管理策略进行了简要的分析和探究。 Administrative research funding mainly refers to the research and development for product updates, long-term or period of research tasks required by the state policy special subsidies. Scientific research funding is an effective support for the unit’s expanding construction and long-term development. It is also a necessary payment for key scientific research projects of the state and an important part of the expenditures of special funds for state finance. To properly manage the use of special funds for scientific research is necessary and important to ensure scientific and technological innovation of the state and administrative institutions. The author combined his own work, conducted a brief analysis and exploration on the status quo and management strategies of scientific research funding of administrative institutions.
