1997年2月27日在广东省新闻出版局十八楼会议室,省人民政府法制局和省新闻出版局联合召开新闻发布会,宣布由卢瑞华省长签发的《广东省书报刊印刷管理办法》,于1997年3月1日起施行。这次颁布实施的《办法》规定,所有在我省行政区域内与书报刊印刷有关的企业、单位和个人及其相关的委托印制和承接印制行为,均列入管理范围,现将其刊登如下:
