为了克服MS-Ⅲ型微表处常出现的石子脱落、坑槽等病害,对其级配和性能进行系统的研究很有必要。改变4个关键筛孔,按照正交试验设计方法制定出9种级配方案,测试了各方案的矿料振实堆积密度,以及各方案微表处混合料的湿轮磨耗、负荷车轮黏砂试验和车辙、渗水试验;分析了矿料振实堆积密度与微表处不同时期路用性能之间的关系。结果表明,矿料振实堆积密度与微表处路用性能之间有着较好的线性关系,振实堆积密度越大,微表处混合料技术性能越好。
In order to overcome the peculiarity of MS-Ⅲ micro-surfacing, such as pebbles and pit, it is necessary to systematically study its grading and properties. Four key sieve openings were changed. Nine gradation schemes were developed according to the orthogonal experimental design method. The tap density of the mineral aggregates and the wet wheel wear of mixture in the micro-surfacing solutions of various schemes were tested. Test and rutting and water seepage test. The relationship between the tapped bulk density and road performance at different periods of micro-surfacing was analyzed. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between tapped bulk density and road surface performance. The larger the tapped bulk density is, the better the technical performance of the mixture is.
