目的:探究二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取钦州市第二人民医院收治的130例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,根据治疗方法不同分为A组和B组,各65例。比较两组患者排卵率、妊娠率和治疗前后胰岛素水平3个方面的差异。结果:在治疗后B组患者的排卵率和妊娠率均明显高于A组,胰岛素水平明显低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,B组患者在治疗后胰岛素水平与治疗前相比有明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮可以明显改善多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者的临床症状。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: 130 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility treated by the Second People’s Hospital of Qinzhou City were enrolled. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into A group and B group, 65 cases each. The differences of ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and insulin level before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients in group B were significantly higher than those in group A, and the levels of insulin were significantly lower than those in group A (P <0.05). In addition, the insulin levels Compared with the pre-treatment significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of infertility patients with PCOS.
