淡色库蚊在不同温度下发育情况观察

目的观察淡色库蚊在不同温度下各虫期发育与繁殖情况,探讨淡色库蚊传播疾病的有效季节,为适时有效地防制蚊虫传染病提供重要的理论依据。方法将温度设为10、15、20、25、30、35、40℃7个组,在湿度同为(75±5)%的条件下,观察实验室饲养的淡色库蚊卵期、幼虫、蛹期和生殖营养周期变化情况,比较不同温度下各虫期的全发育时期。结果温度在40℃时,淡色库蚊各虫期均不能发育,在10、15、20、25、30和35℃ 6个温度组蚊虫各期均可发育,其发育时间分别为80.87、46.33、31.07、24.94、17.11和14.41 d。结论淡色库蚊的发育周期随着温度升高而缩短,最适宜发育温度为25~30℃,温度过高或过低均对蚊虫发育有抑制作用。 Objective To observe the development and reproduction of Culex pipiens pallens at various stages of the disease and discuss the effective seasons of Culex pipiens pallens disease transmission and provide an important theoretical basis for timely and effective prevention and control of infectious diseases of mosquitoes. Methods The temperature, temperature and time were set as 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 ℃, respectively. Under the condition of the same humidity (75 ± 5)%, Pupa and reproductive cycle changes in different temperatures compared to the full development of each stage of the worm. Results All the stages of Culex pipiens pallens did not develop at each temperature at 40 ℃. The mosquitoes of all the six temperature groups at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ℃ could develop at 80.87 and 46.33, 31.07, 24.94, 17.11 and 14.41 d. Conclusion The developmental cycles of Culex pipiens pallens are shortened with the increase of temperature, and the most suitable developmental temperature is 25-30 ℃. The over-temperature or over-temperature of Culex pipiens pallens could inhibit the development of mosquitoes.
